We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We no longer facilitate direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or size, please submit a return for a refund and place a new order.
EOFY Sale - Returns & Store Credit
Our EOFY Sale is on for a limited time, and a few things to know before you shop:
Items reduced by 30% are eligible for store credit only - no refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Items reduced by 40% are Final Sale.
International
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. International returns are eligible for store credit only - refunds to the original payment method are not available for international orders. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit under any circumstances, unless the item is deemed faulty or defective, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer guarantees.
How to Submit a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@sandsociety.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Refunds and store credit will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
