Promoter
The promoters are Tile Cloud, Phoenix, Jenn Bliss Interior Design & Styling and Sand Society (“Promoter”).

Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Entrants must own or have written permission from the property owner to make decisions regarding their bathroom renovation. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period
Entries open on Tuesday 2nd December - Tuesday 16th December 12AM AEST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

Prize Details
The winner will receive:
- $3,000 RTP Tile Cloud Voucher. 
- $5,000 RTP Phoenix Voucher.
- 3 x 1 hour personalized consultations with Jenn Bliss to assist in planning their bathroom renovation. This is valued at $2500.
Support with general floor layout and planning advice. 
Guidance on tile selections and aesthetic direction.
Advice for fixtures, fittings, and finishing touches.
- A complete towel refresh from Sand Society, including premium bath towels in both new colourways, plus a beach towel pack.

Plus:
One runner-up will receive a $500 Sand Society voucher.

Please note:
This prize does not include CAD drawings, 3D renders, builder-ready plans, or technical construction documentation.

All final renovation decisions and implementation remain the responsibility of the winner and their appointed tradespeople.

Exclusions
The following are not included as part of this prize:

Physical products, materials, or purchases for the renovation. (Outside of the included vouchers)

Liaison with builders, trades, or council approvals.

Site project management.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected based on randomly – and announced via social media. The winner will also be contacted directly.

Prize Conditions
The winner must redeem the prize within 12 months of the announcement date. The consultation will be conducted virtually. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Phoenix product must be used for this bathroom renovation only, and any outstanding amount is forfeited and cannot be claimed at a later date for cash or product. 

Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

Any costs incurred by the winner outside the stated prize inclusions.

Decisions made by trades, builders, or suppliers as part of the renovation process.

By entering this competition, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activity related to the prize and grants the Promoter the right to capture and use photo, video, and written content featuring their renovation for marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use across organic content, paid advertising, social media, websites, and PR.

Personal information collected for this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
